Digestive Tea


Perfect one hour after a meal, this digestive tea is made of simple, culinary herbs which will help your body digest your meal. Goodbye gas, bloating and discomfort.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

1/2  teaspoon cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds

1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds.

Boil to boil in 6 cups of water for 15 minutes.

Can be taken to aid in digestion. Helpful 1 hour before meal, 1 hour after meal or sipped throughout meal.

Variation: Add fresh sliced or grated ginger with the herbs.
