Fresh Cilantro Chutney


1 bunch of chopped, fresh cilantro

3 dates, pitted and chopped

2 tablespoons shredded coconut

1/2 inch, fresh ginger

Juice of 1 lime

1 teaspoon Spring Masala

Salt to taste

Place ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend.
