Ginger Slices to Stimulate Appetite

 

Fresh ginger

Lime

Salt


To help stimulate the appetite and keep digestion strong in the spring, take a 1/8 inch slice of fresh ginger, sprinkle with lime juice and salt.


Eat 1/2 hour before meals.


Use caution with high Pitta.
