Belinda founded her practice of Wise Woman Ayurveda in 2011. She is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner (as acknowledged by NAMA standards, 2011), a 200-hour Kripalu certified yoga teacher (2001), and a 300-hour certified Kripalu Ayurveda Yoga Specialist (2015).
She completed Ayurvedic bodywork training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Belinda has spent 3-6 months in India for each of the last 4 years, during which she has volunteered as an Ayurvedic therapist at Vaidyagrama Ayurvedic Healing Village in Tamil Nadu as well as at Jiva Institute, Vrindavan, and continues to deepen her studies.
Experiencing the profound effects of this ancient healing tradition, and the rest of the Vedic sciences has propelled her to share this common sense, life-changing information with others. In addition, she brings a depth and breadth of experience in yoga instruction to her practice.
Belinda leads Sight-Seeing trips, Ayurvedic Learning retreats, and Ayurvedic Healing retreats in India.
She can be found sharing this ancient wisdom from India online or in person in the United States, depending on where she is at any given moment.
