About the Recipe
I love drinking this tea in the summer. It helps to cool both my body and mind. It's also a natural diuretic to help clear excess water from the body.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon fresh mint (or 1 teaspoon of dried mint)
1 teaspoons hibiscus flowers
Optional: Natural sweetener such as maple syrup or raw sugar
Preparation
Pour 4 cups of hot water over the herbs.
Add natural sweetener if desired.
Cool to room temperature and enjoy!
Alternative tea blend: Hibiscus and Rose
1 teaspoon of hibiscus and 4-6 rose buds
